These terms govern your use of the BITRIDGE LLC website. Work performed under a signed proposal or statement of work is governed by that separate agreement.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BITRIDGE LLC ("BITRIDGE," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of bitridge.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

  • You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
  • You will not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt.
  • You will not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our contact, lead, or newsletter forms.

3. Services and engagements

Content on the Site describing our AI automation, custom software, cloud & DevOps, and cybersecurity services is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer or binding commitment. Any actual engagement for services — including scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines — is governed exclusively by a separately signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement between you and BITRIDGE. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement for services, the signed agreement controls.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by BITRIDGE or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Submissions and feedback

When you submit information through a form on the Site (for example, a contact inquiry, project details, or newsletter signup), you grant BITRIDGE the right to use that information to respond to you and operate our business, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Site or our services may be used by BITRIDGE without obligation to you.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads) that are not owned or controlled by BITRIDGE. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BITRIDGE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BITRIDGE and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to BITRIDGE, other users, or third parties.
